SHIPPING is available for cost.FREE PICK UP in Saranac- once you get further in the check out- unless you create an account, then it shows up earlier.
There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS. If there is a concern, you have 5 days to inspect your order, and let me know of any issues. If you have a concern, please send me clear & full product photos, for me to decide how to move forward for you.
IF you are in a 15 -30 day window,
feel free to contact me. I will work with you to make it right. With that being said, IF it's deemed it's an error on my end, I will replace the item for you at no charge.
IF the issue cause can't be determined, I will replace the item at a 60% cost to you. (Still must be within 30 days of when you are informed your item is ready)
Outside of 30 days, a NEW ORDER is suggested.
