- IF you are in a 15 -30 day window, feel free to contact me. I will work with you to make it right. With that being said, IF it's deemed it's an error on my end, I will replace the item for you at no charge.
- IF the issue cause can't be determined, I will replace the item at a 60% cost to you. (Still must be within 30 days of when you are informed your item is ready)
- Outside of 30 days, a NEW ORDER is suggested.
